Fit for Life Tuesdays 2.00-3.00pm

Fit for Life runs as a six week session geared towards helping everyone, fully mobile to less mobile, to increase their general level of fitness. Each session starts with easy warm-up and stretching exercises, followed by strengthening exercises to help with everyday living and finishes with a relaxation exercise.

Alpha is for everyone, especially

  • Those who want to brush up on the basics

Looking for answers? The Alpha Course is an opportunity for anyone to explore the Christian faith in a relaxed, non-threatening manner over ten thought-provoking weekly sessions. It's low key, friendly and fun. And its supported by all the main Christian demoninations.

Housegroup follows an easy going format (ending with a short prayer time) where people can enjoy the opportunity to meet and share their views in a warm, friendly atmosphere. Over the winter they will be looking at issues of “What on earth am I here for?”. No matter where you are on your Christian journey you would be very welcome. Parent & Toddler Group

We meet on Monday mornings in the hall from 10am until 12noon. Come and enjoy tea or coffee and scones while your toddlers play with the toys, have a variety of snacks and juice and participate in a weekly creative slot! We finish with a song and rhyme time.

Join the Christ Church Tae Kwon Do Club! Tae Kwon Do is great fun, great for fitness, self-discipline, self-defence and building friendships. Come and gie it a Go! You wont regret it! Only £2.00 per session.

Training Times: Junior (8 - 13 years old) Saturdays 10 - 10:50am (free tea and coffee for parents). Senior (14 years upwards) Saturdays 11 - 12:30pm
